Reference Gathering > Rough Sketch > Set up Perspective Ruler > Cleaner Sketch > Line Art > Color Base (NO SHADE) > Color Line Art > Combine Layers > Multiply Layer for Shading > Overlay/Add Glow/Soft Light for Lighter Values > Optional Combining of Layers > Texture and Rendering Brushstrokes On Top

Ideally anything moveable would be separated into their own grouped folders!
