Definition: a term for people with hpd, relating to the impacts and consequences of a real or imagined consistent lack of attention or attention being sapped away from the pwhpd. this can lead to, but is not limited to, feelings of depression, self loathing, anxiety, anger, hatred, and stress. it may also lead to more desperate and dangerous attempts at attention seeking, or cause the pwhpd to pull away and believe they are incapable of receiving the attention they require.
