Crows-An-Wra - About Time Fest #3
Monday through Wednesday is the new Friday through Sunday.
Yesterday was so many holidays. I gave a biking brunch tour then went to this party then was an extra in a movie! I hope you had fun and found some green eggs and ham or something.
Tonight is dharma yoga Monday! Come by 7:55 for our multi-level, beginner-friendly, LGBTQIA-friendly, everyone-friendly class. If you can bring a mat, do, and if you cannot, we have extras. If you are a first-timer, have anything you want to chat about, or just want to do some warm-ups early, feel free to come by as early as 7:30.
Afterward, let’s go see our buddy James play a free show at Spike Hill, eh?
Tuesday is earth day! Felipe and I will be hanging out in Union Square all day long with our friends at Earth Day NY, getting people pumped about biking and adventures in Brooklyn- stop by and say hello if you’re in the area - we’ll have some cool raffle prizes
Tuesday night, my dear friend Brandon Wetherbee will be hosting a thing called 8x8, which is eight interesting people each talking for 8 minutes, in rapid-fire succession. He has some super famous amazing comedians on the bill this week, and represents women, LGBTQ folks, and people of color on all his bills- so expect witty, intelligent, diverse humor for free in a cozy Williamsburg haunt.
Wednesday, the hilarity continues apparently, as another friend (a journalist and scholar of Russian literature) hosts another free comedy show at my favorite dive bar ever, Palace Cafe. We’ll be getting together before the show for a little picnic potluck in McGolrick Park, brainstorming all the meet ups, rides, parties, and adventures we want to plan for the warm months- so join us!
I can only think three days in advance so that’s all for now!

Prince Harry's Vegas vacation may have given his family a royal hangover, but it's only the latest in a history of scandals. Here's a feature I wrote on the subject.
