Calamity Jane and I recorded this acoustic interpretation of Parentheses by The Blow.

Along with our college BFFs, we performed this at our pal's wedding.

This is our pal who I can't help but picture when I hear, "if something in the deli aisle makes you cry, of course I'll put my arm around you and I'll walk you outside, through the sliding doors, why would I mind?"

She really feels her emotions, you know? And we like that about her.

We sent this recording out before the ceremony, so that the friends could all practice beforehand.

Anyhoo, the wedding was great. And, we managed not to mess up the song during the actual ceremony. The 8 year old brother of the bride said we did a good job, and he wouldn't lie to me.
