Ingredients: 1 shot of freshly ground espresso beans. Water.
Instructions: Grind the espresso beans to a fine consistency. Heat water to just below boiling point. Fill the portafilter with the ground espresso and tamp it down evenly. Attach the portafilter to the espresso machine. Start the espresso machine and extract a single shot about 25-30 seconds. Serve immediately.
