This is a tuning mod that turns off autonomy for a range of activities that are annoying in historical gameplay

Medieval Gameplay Settings

No autonomous answer phone

No autonomous smart phone browsing, texting, streaming.

No autonomous selfies.

No autonomous use laptop.

No autonomous practice school cheer.

No autonomous build igloo.

No autonomous kids go for joyride or be king or queen for a day.

No autonomous cast love spell.

No autonomous fairy tricks.

No auto-generate canes.

No auto-generate umbrellas or parasols.

No autonomous guitar, keyboard, drums or bass (including learn, perform, jam, play, play for tips).

Victorian Gameplay Settings

No autonomous answer phone

No autonomous smart phone browsing, texting, streaming.

No autonomous selfies.

No autonomous use laptop.

No autonomous practice school cheer.

No autonomous build igloo.

Skill level 3 in guitar, keyboard, drums or bass required to jam, perform, play or play the instrument for tips.

Default Replacement Wagons and Carriages for Sims 3

This is a set of default replacement wagons and carriages for Sims 3. They're based on my earlier conversions of Hexameter's Farm Wagon and @notsooldmadcatlady's Medieval Carriage which use Dragonslave horses, converted by Kyrie with @danjaley's texture edit. Thanks again to these creators for their work!

No More Sims Driving Cars in Dragon Valley!

Hexameter's Farm Wagon replaces the Yomoshoto Evasion and Tofunda Wagon and Notsooldmadcatlady's Medieval Carriage replaces the VFN Kompensator and Margaret Vaguester.

These four cars are the ones the game gives to inactive sims, along with the Sloppy Jalopy and Big Lemon.

Danjaley has already made default replacements for the Sloppy Jalopy and Big Lemon and for the taxi. So if you install this set of default replacements alongside danjaley's, you should only see sims driving carriages and wagons in the background of your game.

These versions of the Farm Wagon and Medieval Carriage are significantly lower poly than the original non-default versions:

Yomoshoto Evasion/Tofunda Wagon Farm Wagon:

5120 HLoD/3262 MLoD

VFN Kompensator/Margaret Vaguester Carriage:

7394 HLoD/4134 MLoD

This is at the upper end of the range of normal for EA car meshes but I haven't experienced any lag or problems with them.

As with any default replacements, you may need to clear your world cache to get the textures to show up properly in your game.

Happy Simblreen! Just posted this haunted mine tomb adventure over on Mod The Sims.

I made the lot for 2006, Sudden Cove Valley in Appaloosa Plains to go in front of the ruined mine entrance where the Rustler's Den is now. 20 x30 lot, cc is included.

Medieval Road Default Replacement Textures for Sims 3

These are default replacement road textures from Midnight Hollow, Dragon Valley and Monte Vista, so you can replace the roads in an existing world with something that looks a bit more medieval. Only use one at a time in your game.

There are three types:

Medieval Carriage for Sims 3

Happy Simblreen everyone!

This is a conversion of Notsooldmadcatlady's really beautiful ts4 medieval carriage. Thanks to @notsooldmadcatlady for making it and letting me convert! I did two versions of the carriage – one as a working vehicle and the other as decor for storytelling.

Functional Vehicle

For the working vehicle, I added Kyrie's converted Dragonslave horses, which I used with edited textures by @danjaley for the School Wagon, and I added an edit of a bridle by Hexameter. Thanks again to these creators too.

The carriage is castable, but the horses are not, and neither the wheels or the horses are animated.

HLoD: 16088, MLoD: 7394 2500 simoleons in vehicles>cars.

Decor Versions

The decor versions are in decor>sculpture for 4800 simoleons. There are two types – one has an open door and the other has the door shut.

If you're looking for storytelling poses, Danjaley has made some great carriage poses for NAuditore's conversion of the Maryata Stagecoach and has also archived Kyrie's conversions of Dragonslave's horses, seen below.

I've wanted to make the crappy TNT box from Late Night explodable for ages so I added the firework code to it. The set is for the old cowboy mine tomb adventure I've been playing around with for a while now – still testing it, but it's more or less done.

Farm Wagon for Sims 3

Happy Simbrleen, everyone!

This is a conversion of Hexameter's TS2 Handyman Pickup Replacement for Sims 3. Like the original, it comes with Dragonslave horses.

It's found in vehicles>cars, and costs 1200 simoleons.

The cart is castable with red and green channels, but as usual, the horse isn't recolorable and the wheels and horse aren't animated.

HLoD is about 12000 polys and the MLoD is about 5000.

Medieval Police Car Default UPDATED

This is a default replacement police car for medieval and historical saves. I shared a version of this before where the textures didn't work but I got some advice from @mspoodle1 and finally managed to fix them. Thanks again mspoodle for helping me with this!

The cart is originally by Kyrie and the horse is a Dragonslave original converted to Sims 3 by Kyrie and the texture edit is by @danjaley. I frankenmeshed them together. Thanks again to these creators too.

I've also fixed the rig on this update so the prisoner should show up properly inside the cage cart when they're arrested. I still haven't moved the lights and the horse and wheels are not animated. A non-default version of the cart is available here.
