Winter's Children

So, I'm piggybacking on a post by thewinterjawline but with SDCC just around the corner (and a few of my friends here planning on going), WWPhilly is so very much on my mind. I still can't believe it all happened, and I still miss my Con girls (thewinterjawline barneswinter dr-assbutt ) and the connection we made just hanging in line. I wish we were all going to SDCC but maybe we can pull our resources together for next year! Either way, you all are awesome and crack me the hell up and I miss y'all.

I and Love and You

So,by this time a week ago, I was in Philly with my stomach already in knots of anticipation (HAHAH LITTLE DID I KNOW HOW MUCH WORSE THAT WOULD GET) and happy expectation for an awesome weekend. At the risk of getting terribly mushy, I didn't quite realize just how awesome that weekend would be. I met the most unbelievable people there and you kickin' group of ladies know who you are but seriously, I MISS YOU like whoas and am so very THANKFUL that we found each other again on here so 2015, yes/yes? Making this a thing? Definitely Philly, potentially SDCC if we're crazy? We're definitely crazy.

I also realized that WE SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A GROUP PICTURE GAH we should come up with some shitty 'shop substitute to make up for it. 

Anyway, the point of this post is, I'm thankful for you guys and thankful for Tumblr and for the love of God, people, fill up my ask box about Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes/Sebastian Stan/random other Life because the thirst isn't going away and YIKES man, yikes I've got more issues than a comic book store, yo.

1. What’s the weather like where you are right now?

MUGGY. This weekend was gorgeous but now we're into summer grossness. Do not want.

2.  Best experience you’ve had in the past month?

COMIC CON. Seriously, I can think of nothing else since I got back. I met some seriously wonderful people and am thrilled to be in touch with you all. No, seriously. You all know who you are. AVENGERS ASSEMBLE FOR A METAL-ARMED GROUP HUG.

3.  How do you take your coffee/tea if you drink it?

Straight black, always for my tea (not really a coffee drinker. Except Turkish coffee. That stuff rules.).  I have, however, tried milk with my Smoky Earl Grey and that rocks.

4.  Favorite scent?

WHATEVER SEB WAS WEARING THIS WEEKEND AMIRITE LADIES

5.  Ever been outside your country of origin? Where to?

Yes, I'm very thankful to have travelled a fair amount. I've loved my trips to England, Ireland, Italy, France, Greece, Egypt, and Turkey.

6.  Recommend me a movie to watch and a song to listen to?

Tropic Thunder is one of the greatest movies of all time GO WATCH IT NOW IF YOU HAVEN'T. I can quote it from start to finish. I also really love the Giorgio Moroder remix of Coldplay's Midnight. The original song itself is meh to me, but the mix is the JAM.  Like permanent repeat car/cardio jam.

7.  Should I combine my personal/fandom blog (this one) with my smut blog?

Sometimes separate is ok. Just make sure that bad boy is linked somewhere so we can find it! ;^)

8.  Have you ever laughed so loud and so hard in public at something on your laptop that, say, everyone in Starbucks turned around and looked at you?  (No?  Is that just me?)

Ummm, yes. All the time. Today it was a video on YouTube of the farting scene in Blazing Saddles. Seriously, go here and try not to pee yourself laughing.

9.  Do you like cupcakes?

Does Steve Rogers love Bucky Barnes?

10. What’s your favorite dinosaur?

Triceratops was my favorite growing up. dr-assbutt said Steve Rogers for this answer and THAT IS THE GREATEST ANSWER so she wins.

11. What are the odds I’ll accomplish everything on the “next two years” to-do list I’m currently assembling?
