@mayor_bowser, I really don't like being this civic jerk like this guy I know up in WARD 1 and WARD 4, but c'mon...government should not abuse power. This is the second time I've caught this #parkingenforcement person on video doing this. It's not a cop or city council member addressing an emergency.
