Different size and design shades available - just ask! Puncheon Midi The puncheon lamp is crafted from four half staves of a puncheon cask. In its original form the puncheon cask would have held 500 litres of whisky, double that of a hogshead cask. The end of each stave still shows the angle tapering from the crown of the cask and the V grooves for locating the cask lid. The scorched inter of the whisky cask featured on the inter lamp legs, the scorching is part of the distilling process to enhance the flavour of the whisky.
