My drawing portraits the want for Effective Communication, those on the right are the ones who achieved effective communication, they are very happy that they were able to achieve it, those on the left are the ones struggling to achieve effective communication, blocked by Barriers of communication, they try to either break the barrier, or go over the barrier, the barrier exceeding even the clouds height
