my favorite interpretation of barrolin is lanolin sitting around doing paperwork or something at the restoration front desk when barry walks in and says they're here to join the diamond cutters, since the train yknow got destroyed and the team needs more members, and lanolin just stares at them for like five seconds before asking them their skills or anything
