If nothing else happens in 2017, I can honestly say this... The cast of Spartacus are fucking GLORIOUS. Seriously. It was a smaller venue this year, given the time frame from the last one, but it was no less awesome. And these lovely gents were perfection. Every last one. I am anxiously awaiting next year, as I plan to save and scrounge every cent to go see them again!

The intended meaning is clear. Unfortunately, on-set trickster Dustin brought it to their attention that it could well be meant as "This was butt-fucking test!'
And so began Liam's troubles in filming this scene because of Dan and his 12yo brain. The way they recount it, Dan had to walk away after he says it because he would start laughing and that would get picked up by the mics. Lucky for him, he was off cam during that part. Dustin of course sought to feed this madness by making suggestive faces at him. And Liam had to suffer through who knows how many takes to get it done. *pats Liam*
Fucking Crixus, still underestimating Nasir. I'm sorry, I am really biased against him. 🤷

Poor Mira. It was in this moment that she finally accepts that Spartacus' heart is too broken to ever give her enough. I applaud her for being strong enough to demand what she felt she needed. I'm only sorry she was not able to get it.

Now, I don't personally ship Oenomaus x Gannicus but may I direct your attention to the following:
In these close up panning shots, Oenomaus and Gannicus are looking at EACH OTHER whereas Crixus and Agron are looking at their opponents
The background music used in this sequence is the same one that will eventually be used for the iconic Nagron sex scene in 3.03.
