I’m back and about to start barry season 3 and I would like to share my opinion on sally so far 🤓

I can’t believe there are people out there that apparently really hate her ???? I’m not going to sit here and say that I necessarily like her all that much but hatred is sooooo far from my mind lmao she reminds me of jackie (from yellowjackets) a little bit, I really feel for her

like sure her behavior after sleeping with barry was rude but 1.) she didn’t owe him anything more than maybe a quick conversation afterwards Maybe and 2.) during that same day she was sexually propositioned by her agent who tried to play it off as a joke only to snub her chance at an audition because his little feelings got hurt that she didn’t want him 😭

this is a woman who survived repetitive and horrific abuse as a teen which very well could- and would not be unheard of to- have stunted her in that hardcore young “survive mode” even as she acclimates to her 30s, she’s a little conceited and rude but she’s not evil the way some people seem to think especially in the comments of edits like goddamn guys CHILL! idk but I’m really enjoying the show so far and I’m excited and worried to see what’s coming next for her, I want her to succeed but I already know she’ll be put through the wringer…. spongebob silent hill meme……

i do agree that sally's character gets a lot of unwarranted hate. yes she's a bit cocky and arrogant, i get that she can be annoying, but at least she's confident and believes in herself? god forbid a woman have some audacity every once in a while. barry literally kills people. can we chill on the sally hate pls.

season 3 is my favourite of the whole show so please enjoy it!!!!! so so so many amazing scenes and moments..........
