To the other pretenders to the throne, Barrýck Ollama has a simple message: do you even reign, bro? Fight me irl.
Admonished for not witnessing the slaying of the Rake in the ancient days, the Ollama household has long lived in seclusion in the high lands of the Kingdom. For centuries, they tended only to their farms and famed crafts. To the outside, they may have seemed like an easy target, but they still fiercely defended their lands and the remainder of their honour. Rivals rose, but the once-great house stood its ground and spat the enemies out one after the other. With each battle, each plentiful harvest and each beautifully crafted woolen poncho, their renown grew - and so did their ambition.
As the Ollamas ruminated on their rising future and the means to achieve it, news reached them about the untimely death of the king, which left a precious vacancy in power. The time had come for the Ollamas to gallop down the mountains and take up their place of glory once more.
