Okay so I’ve definitely thought about this (but in different ways if you get what I’m putting down)
At first, Bart would be shy and nervous to talk to you. You’re Connor’s sister, he doesn’t want to ruin the relationship between him and his best friend. But you’re so beautiful and strong, you command the room your in, he can’t help but be drawn in.
It would be cute dates at first, rooftop burgers and lying in a field only he knows about. Then you’re doing everything together, speedster cat naps in the sun are my personal favorite.
Races. Like racing all the time. Running around when Bart can’t stand the buzz under his skin, laughing and flirting in super speed.
He’d be so sweet to you too, no matter if you’re stronger. He likes to take care of you, bringing your flowers, sliding on your pretty heels when you go out, kissing you sweetly when he sees you.
