30-Day Harry Potter Challenge: Day 9 - Least Favorite Male Character

Since I think it's a given that we all really don't like Tom Riddle, I figured I'd explore less ambitious but equally demented people.  As you could have expected, there's a tie here.  I have a wild distaste for Draco Malfoy on the basis that he's really just an enormous douche, and I'm also not too fond of Bartemus Crouch Jr...  Homeboy had serious issues.  In the interest of full disclosure, I had a severe disliking for both of the Ministers of Magic but they both got what the deserved so... call it square?
