Yet another instance of "dunno if this counts", but Horizon Zero Dawn put their whole pussy into the Vantage Points collectibles. It's not just the story that you piece together while you seek them out, but the actual Vantage Point mechanic really places you there when you line up your sight to trigger it. It was really something special.

I dunno if it counts as a "level", but the campsite in Expedition 33 evokes a weirdly melancholic feeling of peace. Big fan of it.

Oh TOUGH question. Funny games aren't terribly prominent in my library.

Death's Door did such a good job of injecting levity and humor into tough topics without making light of them.

The characters in Dispatch were so damn funny and charming.

But I think I give the prize to Portal 2. Computers with personality might very well be a weakness of mine. Every unfolding interaction was just delightful.
