--Bartz shoulder armor--
-Part 2-
- Again, with the shoulder piece, I traced out my pattern pieces unto foam, twice, and sandwiched the plastic grid stuff between them. Pieced it all together, like a puzzle, to make it look like shoulder armor. - Hot glued all the tiny details on top and even cut away the top layer of foam to make a deeper indent for gems. - Slowly and steadily used the same spray adhesive technique to cover the shoulder piece in the gold fabric. I cut slits in some areas to help go around edges and hard to manage areas. - Little bit more of a spiffy paint job with acrylics. Bronzes and browns. - Last pic, you can see that it is attached to that back piece from the first part. There is that snap that holds them together, but also acts as a swivel point, so I can move my arm up/down and have the armor go with it! (works fairly decently!)
