More Minao x Barukono thoughts bc I'm insane.

Bardo trying to have a "cat 2 man" conversation with Mink about how he really should be more openly affectionate with Aoba!!

At first, it's hard to take him seriously and he dismisses the advice, because he's been watching Barukono interact at the inn and how much Konoe seems to complain or chastise Bardo for being "openly affectionate." His tactics don't really seem all too promising. If Aoba acted like that towards Mink, he didn't think his heart could take it. It would hurt him, to be rejected like so; especially repeatedly.

But the more time Minao spends with them, the more Mink is able to catch special little moments between the cats. And how much Konoe really actually does like all the doting attention, he just didn't like admitting it. Especially in front of others, even friends.

Bardo's words to Mink about making sure Aoba is reminded of his affections--even when he doesn't want to be or doesn't think it necessary--haunt him a bit. Has Aoba forgotten about the promises they made just because they don't do PDA?
