Hakuba sighed as he ran a bare hand through his hair. He’d just gotten out of the shower, and Elias had said something about going out for a while, so he didn’t expect him back. He was no longer in the bathroom, and instead using the long mirror in the room, choosing to not wear a towel, to look at the burn scars, small circles, on his shoulder. It had been a few years since he’d gotten them, but they remained. He looked down at his hands as well, something the other had yet to see. Still he couldn’t shake the feeling that something was different. It felt like something was crawling under his skin, deep down in his very core and he couldn’t reach it. No matter how many times he scrubbed and washed himself, turning his own skin pink, it wouldn’t go away. It had started when he met Elias, and each day with him it grew stronger.Maybe he should get his own hotel room.He hadn’t heard the door opening.
