My two most popular posts are:

And my ldov oc art (thank you tumblr radar and lesbians)
what's your writing process been for figuring out the next bits of RRR in the long term (how you want the overall story to go) vs the short term (each part)?
The entire full plot was outlined before I started writing any of it. That entailed a pretty detailed (like 80 pages of lined paper filled with notes) overview of the plot and every character’s arc. As for the short-term, it’s usually a “who goes next?” question just to try to fit in the rotation of everyone’s arc at the appropriate relative pace.Â
Kira’s arc is primarily about what motivates a planet’s membership into the Federation, and whether to leverage her status with the missing Emissary to try to exert political pressure on the proceedings of a planet she once fought for, and what does/doesn’t give her the right to try. Ezri’s arc is about social mores in the Federation and also how to try to determine a person’s level of individual responsibility in the context of the system that created them (and personally, how to try to move on in a healthy way from a bad situation that will never have satisfying closure). Miles’ is about how you deal with the guilt of having tried to help someone in a way you’re not sure was good for them or fair to others. Those arcs have to line up along the main arc of what it means to “fix” something.Â
(Oh, also I try to vary it between funnier chapters and less funny chapters so it’s not a drag.)
