How to create Workouts: Kaa Yaa
Workout makes us be fit. Workout makes every part of our body to relax and refresh. Workout in the morning makes us feel fresh and we will be energetic the whole day.
Every person should follow the type which is suitable to him/her suggested by the trainer or else one can create workout for themselves. We have one person by whom we get inspired to be fit. The person who knows you better is only you. So, with proper planning you can create a workout plan for you. Things to be considered while creating workout are
Create a weekly schedule for yourself
Select the exercises which you feel they would suit your body.
Select the type of workouts based on your age, muscle power, time and the intensity with which you can work out.
select workout such that it involves the muscle on which you want to work out.
Follow the Fit principle.
F- frequency, how often you work out.
I- intensity how hard is your workout.
T- time how much time you do.
Fitness facts keeps us healthy always. There are many advantages of being fit. There are many facts and myths of fitness. Many are frightened about the myths and don't work out. Our body loses excess fat and cholesterol and hence makes us fit. Being healthy and eating good food is fine but, being fit is also very important for everyone. Most of them think that it’s enough if they eat good food and if they are slim and there is no need for them to do workouts. But this is not correct because being slim is different from staying fit.
We are almost busy in every day of our life. Even if we want to work out or be fit we wouldn’t be able to find the time. But even then, fitness is important. We don’t need to work out all the days in a week but, at least two to three days we can spare the time for it. There are many campaigns being conducted to be fit.
In our daily life, people around us suggest many tips and tricks for being fit. We try to follow all of them but most of us can't-do them regularly. The tips given by the trainers are the best and safe. The tips given by normal people may or may not work and they might not be even safe. The tips and workouts are different from person to person and hence they should do them in the presence of a trainer. Many of them neglect the tips after a workout which is not good or safe for them.
Select an outdoor Sport which you like and play it regularly.
There is no age limit to be fit and active. Participate in fitness programs regularly.
Attain fitness by Regular physical exercise.
Maintain a proper and healthy diet.
