Imagine Basim gifting you his ring before going on a long mission

Imagine standing in front of him, your fingers entwined with his. You're looking up at the tall man you call the love of your life. Tears fill your eyes at the thought that he has to go on a mission for at least several months,to a country far far away from you. Biting your lip didn't help by any chance to suppress a small whimper that escaped your mouth. You knew he had to go. You knew it meant a lot to him. Still, it felt like a part of you would go with him. And that you wouldn't be whole for what would feel like an eternity.

Basim furrowed his eyebrows at the sight of you nearly crying, but then, a smile appeared on his lips.

"Hold on,my love. I have something for you."

After fumbling around for some seconds, he pulled off the green smaragd ring he always wore on his little finger. His smile grew even wider, a bit cocky even.

"I know you will miss me. And I will miss you too. More than you can imagine. But never doubt that I will come back to you."

Suddenly,he closed the distance between you two and kissed you on your forehead.

"No matter how far,my heart stays here with you. Keep this ring to remember that."

Modern day! Yoga-teacher Basim

So I have this head canon that modern day Basim (without Lokis interference) would probably work as a yoga teacher in a big studio. This would include:

-him coming to classes,probably a bit late because he didn't catch the bus in time, with a loose manbun

-he would wear the most beautiful Yoga outfits... fancy AND comfortable, probably on colors like dark blue and gold or, his significant colors, cream and light blue

-his skills are out of this world, his flexibility has you in awe as he performs the hardest exercises in front of the class without even sweating

-needless to say that the majority of the class can't reproduce the exercises at first

-still Basim has the sweetest smile on his lips and helps each and everyone to get comfortable with it

-don't get me wrong,he is a harsh teacher in many ways,not allowing anyone to interrupt classes or to not participate with their full body and mind, but besides that,he is very chill and does believe in the power of a calm and focused mind to master difficulties

-will never make someone uncomfortable or laugh at them; he is like a spring of calmness and mental strength and will make sure that you can keep up with his workout plan

-(he still admires fast progress so he will definitely notice if you practice at home and get better in classes ;) )

-you soon learn that one of his students, a young man called Hytham is exceedingly eager to learn and is always the first to ask questions and usually already perfected the exercise (he is still nice tho!!)

-sometimes he talks about the yoga teacher he learned from; a woman called Roshan who he met in his youth

-his beautiful voice would be the best during meditations, it keeps you grounded and feels like music to your ears

Pls IMAGINE the Serotonin rush you get if you tell Basim that you missed him during his absence (he probably went on a mission far far away) ... and he doesn't answer straight away but flashes you this smile.

(Although the smile in this particularly scene isn't meant like that but just from seeing, this radiates wholehearted smile energy!!!)
