hello, i just started following you not so long ago when you reblogged a drawing of mine, and i have to say your words where really kind and nice to me, i noticed you do that for others too and support artist on their art, and i thank you for taking the time to do such a nice and inspiring thing, i bet a lot of artists got to feel better about their work thanks to you, and overall i hope the best for you in the way you take and we'll miss you a lot..

First off, your piece? Gorgeous. I can not get enough of your style poured into those four.

Second, thank you. I loved every moment of working on this blog and I’m excited to see what comes next. I can’t wait to start building another art appreciation site of some sort wherever and whatever that may be :)

I’m going to miss this blog more than words can say, and all of you so very much, but that’s okay.

I’m still out there being me and doing whatever that entails including (likely) shouting loudly about how great artist’s pieces are.

I’m sorry this blog is coming to its end, but the energy or drive or whatever this blog had at its core will continue, I promise. And hey, there’s over 5000 darn posts to explore if someone gets the itch to scroll through the blog or archive view (god I wish that showed photosets better) the whole collection!

I’ll miss you all, and I know whenever I get to work on the next iteration there’s a good chance it won’t be as popular as this blog, and a great chance it’ll be a blog few of you will find even if I promote it here once or twice because I still don’t know what site it will even be on, and that’s not the happiest thought. But what matters is this blog happened :) I got to do this work for all of you, and I’ll be continuing in time.
