Very acidic at first but mellowed out as we continued to drink it. Sonora agrees with the chamomile tasting notes - they definitely taste the floralness. Sonora also thinks it is less funky than other Basque ciders they have had. I liked it!
Now to the good part, we did the long pour!!! (Unfortunately no pictures but the floor is clean now 😂) Sonora only spilled a couple drops and had great bubbles. Jordan made ALL the bubbles but also made waves and spilled a bit more on the floor.
