I walked across town in the (sometimes relentless) tropical rain in search of my spirit animal @anthonybourdain's favorite bowl of noodle soup in HCMC. The Lunch Lady spooned me up the most delicious bowl of rice noodle soup—a rich, roasted garlic flecked broth with all kinds of porky goodness inside—all for about $2. So.
