basure replied to your post “last time I criticised Kentin someone went to the trouble of stalking...”
what???? my god, was that person who i think it was?
Probably not who you’re thinking of. Someone else.
@mytrashylove/ @basure I can really relate to the “can’t sit like a normal person” because I can’t sit unless my legs are against my chest lol
you are right and you should say it tbh. beemoov doesn't have a good fashion sense imo, but i think it comes from trying too hard to make their characters look interesting. it has improved a lot, but it still happens. i have some issues with castiel's outfit in mclul (a tie over a shirt? and one glove, just one. wtf) as well as rosa's, but it's still way better than some of the hsl looks. also 100% agree on the eye-color thing.
OH YEAH i forgot to add Rosa to that list l m a o
yeah i think it honestly is just a way of trying to make the characters ~look interesting~ but i mean, there’s also definitely ways of making characters interesting without making them look like total garbage and i think beemoov took a bit to uh. find that nice outfit zone
which isn’t bad, everything’s about learning, but some of the outfits have been just straight up Not Good like Charlotte’s
and yeah i have.. a lot of beef with the eye colors in this game but i’ve been over that already so i’ll just. leave it at that
i'm reading Will to Live (of course) and "He was an ass. But he was an ass I could’ve liked." i know this is a serious conversation between thor and val, and i'm not into valki, but her pegging loki? that's something i can get behind
get...behind...get it, get it (i’m sorry i’ll go to the shame corner now)
(honestly I’m all about Val pegging Loki and it’s something I dearly wish the fandom would write more of. so now that I’ve put that out there, chop chop fandom get on that for me)
can I just say I love you guys
hey, i've been reading the everything sucks au again and I have a question: does natasha know about all the shit that went down? like, is she aware that loki died? if she is, how did she react? did she hear a rumor, did Bucky tell her via secret code, or did she hear about Ross's death and saw the state of the weather and put two and two together? and how would she react to loki coming back?
HEY THANKS FOR REMINDING ME HOW MUCH I LIKE THIS VERSE, I just wrote almost 2k tonight of this because I got so wound up about it. tony snuck in there so sorry about that but it’s still really about natasha.
anyway for those of you who forgot - the everything sucks au is the au of remember this cold where ross has loki executed before steve arrives at the raft. it’s got a tag of its own, or if you prefer a version posted on ao3.
and the deep river ran on, 1.9k, natasha pov, some natasha & tony
At least Tony gave her advance warning, so Natasha had time to go thoroughly to ground before Ross’s people caught up with her. And she did - she knew how to do it, had always been ready to do it, like she’d known someday it would come to this no matter how desperately she’d wanted to believe it wouldn’t.
Everything ended. She knew that better than anyone.
Still, it stung.
She kept her head down, way down, for the next two months. It was only when she came up for air that she learned that Secretary Ross had been murdered. In his home, single gunshot wound to the head. The official word was no suspects but Natasha dug into the files (risky, keep your nose out of it) and if she couldn’t be sure…
Looked like the Winter Soldier was back. She would’ve said on the warpath but it didn’t seem like he’d hit anyone else - just Ross, and that made a nervous prickle crawl down Natasha’s spine.
Steve, was her first thought. If something had happened to Steve - if Ross’s people had caught up to him somehow - but no, if it had been like that it would’ve been all over the news. Plenty of spin, sure, but they wouldn’t be able to keep Captain America’s death quiet.
There was a possibility that Barnes had just lost control, but then she’d expect a lot more bodies. Steve wouldn’t just let Barnes go off and kill someone, no matter how pissed off he might be, which meant Steve either hadn’t been there to stop him or hadn’t been able to.
Her list of possible conclusions was narrowing fast, pointing in one direction. Because if Steve wasn’t dead, and Bucky had gone after Ross, and no one had stopped him from doing it…
There weren’t a lot of people Barnes would do that for. Steve. Sam, maybe.
And Loki.
Akward Roomates! 💕
this one is one I haven’t been working on for a while but I do miss because it’s basically...the entire concept is “after the Asgardians make it to Earth Thor takes Loki to stay with another fugitive he knows and his friend the also fugitive, threesome ensues at some point”
including the part where Loki is convinced for a while that Bucky and Steve are fucking and just being secretive about it, which doesn’t stop him from seducing Bucky anyway
excerpt:
“I thought you were dead,” Steve said, testing if Loki would actually respond to being addressed directly.
He flashed a quick, sharp smile. “I am sorry to disappoint.”
“After everything that has happened since I left,” Thor said, “I am sorry to ask any favor of you, but things are…” He trailed off, glancing at the TV, and Steve was suddenly almost embarrassed. “Well, you have seen,” he said. “Asgard is gone. Destroyed. I am now its king.”
“And him?” Bucky asked, glancing at Loki, while Steve was still trying to process that Thor’s entire planet had apparently been destroyed. Nothing about that had been clear on the news. Of course, the news hadn’t mentioned Loki being back, either.
“I am inconvenient,” Loki said airily. Thor frowned at him.
“Don’t,” he said. “You were the one who said you couldn’t stay.”
Loki shrugged one shoulder. “I can’t.”
“No,” Bucky said. “I mean - what’s your deal? Steve acts like you’re an enemy, Thor says you’re his brother, you were supposed to be dead but you’re obviously not - I’m a little lost here and I’d appreciate if someone would catch me up.”
