Ok but Eddie’s intro scene is set to “I Was a Teenage Werewolf” by The Cramps and if that’s foreshadowing it’s amazing.

It’s almost Halloween🎃 and about time for another quote
So at night two days ago, i was sleeping on the couch downstairs because my room smelled like paint because my mom had just painted in there. So i was about to go to sleep at 1:30am and then my sister's cat jumped up on me and freaked me out. Then at about 2:30, when i was still trying to get to sleep i felt another thing. Something hit me and it felt like it was the size of a mouse or something, so i quickly turned on the light and got up and looked around and nothing was there. Then i moved onto the upstairs couch because i was like "fuck these interruptions, i need to sleep." so i fell asleep on the upstairs couch. the next morning, i woke up to my mom yelling at my cat to go away in the room i was in, she didnt know i was in there. I woke up and saw something laying on the ground and i thought it was a mouse, but no. it was a bat that my sister's cat had brought in. it was really funny because my dad had to put it in a bag and i dont know, he was just scared and the bat was hissing. Anyways, after a while he got the bat in a bag. I went to school after that. when i came home, my dad told me that we were going to get the bat tested for rabies, because the cat probably found it on the ground, meaning it was more likely than not sick. he said that since i was in the room with it for who-knows-how-long, i should get tested, too. The health department would pay for testing if i came in contact with the bat, and then i guess it kind of clicked. The thing from the night before, after my cat jumped on me. the thing that was about the size of a mouse that just disappeared. my dad said he heard commotion coming from the basement early in the morning, and it was the sound that the cats make when they are playing with an animal. so yeah. when the type of bats we have where i live bite, you normally cant feel it and it doesnt normally leave a mark. i have a little red spot on my side, where the thing hit me, but i am unsure if it is related. i am kind of scared though.
I had a dream I was bitten by a bat! It was scary and super real. I was convinced my hand was going to fall off. Instead, no one cared and I didn't turn into a vampire or anything cool like that. Lol so lame.
