i've never gotten such a positive response to my art before the last few months so this is sort of in celebration. the dr fandom has been very nice and i am eternally grateful!

while i don't have plans to sell any, i would like to give one of these swimming taka charms away if there is interest! 

( he is a 3.5 inch double-sided shaker charm with epoxy coating on the front. )

I always had that sort of headcannon that they can’t control it, like it’s a natural impulse that just- happens when the get super excited or super upset.

Ex- feeding , their super ramped up and childish

Or after Marko’s killed, sad and enraged

So it could very well be a tic! (If I looked into them right) and it has the potential to be cute. David when he sees Micheal for the first time and there is just this high pitched squeak that escapes from him

He hadn’t expected to remain in a house for too long, he hardly ever remained in one longer than necessary. All he had wanted was for night to fall for it to be safe for him to go out. And an easy way to hide from the blazing sun was to sneak into a home...as a bat. Ryou knew how to hide, find a spot could conceal his tinier form as he waited for the perfect opportunity to leave. Except he hadn’t this time.

Panic shot through him as he reacted a little to late to trying to leave and then the girl had returned home earlier than expected. Sure he could transform and leave but he didn’t want to give himself away. The vampire had just been flying around, still searching for a way out until something caught him, sending him to the ground. Oh, right, the girl had something in her hands.

A bat-like yelp was let out as he made contact with the floor. Thankfully, he wasn’t to far from the ground so it didn’t hurt but he wasn’t expecting to be captured by the girl. Wings flap underneath the strings of the net before promptly giving up and turning to look up at the human. Should he transform back? It might be a little...weird if he did under this net. Maybe if he just remained on the ground he could go free.
