Now roaming the Noxian plains, The Blood Demon, Chi was unshackled from the spirit world by Vladimir and released to terrorize the physical world. With the ability to possess allies and feed off of enemies, Chi could be considered the rift’s first Supportive Diver. This new character can also be sent asks and invited to RPs if anyone wishes. Expect a kit later on along with Uzushio’s which is very close to completion.
