have you tried a red tone app or widget that filters out the blue light on your devices so that it doesn’t keep your brain awake? I’ve done that for years and it’s improved my sleep so much

i’m using f.lux for my pc but i feel it’s not enough >:’| and i do use Darker for my phone, it does work

YEAH... our dog actually has, like, Varying levels of softness/oiliness to her fur lol her ears are the velvetiest, then her head, and her body is kind of oily/coarse but still tolerable for me
