if you have a tub that clogs easily - or just don’t want to deal with the after math of a spiritual bath - steep the herbs of your choice and then fill the tub with hot water from the spout then add herbal blended ‘bath tea’

You get all the properties and no mess. Bigger things like fruit slices and flowers are easy clean up so I’d add them straight to the tub but you can add it to the ‘bath tea’ blend!

This is also a great option if you don’t have a tub! Just throw the ‘bath tea’ over your body in a way that feels good for your intended purpose

over the head - calming, cleansing, soothe, balance

over the shoulders - removal, lifted weight, balance responsibilities, stress release

sponge bath - soothing, intimate, intentions specific to body part, loving, maternal
