Ok so here’s my theory of what Bendy and the Silent City could be:

It’s his dreams.

I believe the main protagonist you would play as in Silent City is bendy.

The reason it’s more like the actual cartoon than the ink world in the games is cause it’s bendy remembering the world he’s from.

The reason there’s blood, gore and ink based powers?

Bendys memories in the real world and game world seeping through.

I think this game is supposed to be about bendy remembering and processing his trauma and sins through nightmares.

The ink demon could even be the main antagonist since bendys time as the ink demon contributed the most to bendys trauma and he’s most likely keeping that side of him repressed.

Idk.
