           “    Holy Batman !!    ”     Exclamation given with surprise as flashlight is almost promptly dropped onto the rooftop before it was caught.     Heart racing at the surprise encounter,   she stands up straight to face towards the sudden newcomer who landed on the same roof that the student snuck on.    Hiding the flashlight behind her back,   she gives a small grin.      “    Or Bat .... someone ?   Nothing to see here.    Totally wasn’t sneaking onto the roof.    ”       //  @batsilenced​

I was just stabbed.” Watching the horror flicker in Cass’ dark brown eyes as she adds more pressure to his arm Tim hurries say. “Lightly. Lightly stabbed in the shoulder. But the important thing here is we prevented a museum heist and can go get tacos to celebrate?”

     ❛ Can ya believe they actually fell for it? ❜  In war and survival, nothing was off the table. That included identity theft or more, like, stealing somebody else’s room at a motel. With a clerk that obviously had been asleep previously and barely done their job, they had been content with fraud names and a brief look at their passports, even though they had barely even been looking. Whoever cared for the couple’s reasoning for why they did not show up, at least Rogue knew there was a place to stay secluded from the rain. They would have to move fast tomorrow, but for one night, this was perfect. ❛ C’mon, get by the heater before you’ll catch a cold or somethin’. All that rain ain’t gon’ be good for us in the end. ❜
