I'm a little late on this, but to the person wondering about getting Undercover Black Widow, the battery trick works. However, be warned, I spent two hours doing this last night before I finally got it. You might have more luck than I did but you should definitely be aware that you might have to be patient if you're gonna try this trick. Also, right now with Van Dyne's glitch, it isn't showing up once you get it in the shop or if you cycle through Black Widow's outfits, so best to know that too.
