Of course Angrboda and Kazimír know each other - a) they both fight with Pazuzu and b) they both fight with Pazuzu in the sheets.
They actually do like each other (unlike Vortigern, they do not like Vortigern, even if they tolerate him if all three end up in the same bed together) due to their similarities.
