“Eh probably.” Roxas can only shrug at Sora’s inquiry, unsure of the answer to that question. Sometimes, he could use a hug. And other times he just wanted the quiet and to be alone, where no one could touch him. Besides, it made him curious why his Other would inquire right then. Did he look like something had been wrong? Or was this just Sora being Sora?

Auron whispered back to Sora with a nod. He shouldn’t have to, but he listened to his choice if he wants to surrender with him. He sighed as he looked at the person before him. He’s never heard of dating before, but it’s quite similar to “courtship”, not the arranged marriage he had before Hades got his soul... Auron breathes in silently behind his collar as he took a sip of his iced tea.

[ ♕ ] —– “huh?” he feels the crown atop his head with knit brows. “what’s this for?” the question comes out on it’s own, like sora didn’t even realize he spoke it. “i mean — thanks! but still … what’s this for?”

                    ✣ 「 ヴェン」 ❦❧ ─  “For being that brave prince,” Ventus grinned at him, “The brave prince of light, going around saving worlds, and rescuing his sleeping knight,” if Sora can figure out that is Ven himself; the Knight, but left it vague. “Or maybe to show you my appreciation, and that express to you, I’ll fight by your side this time,” Sora, the important key, wouldn’t he be similar to a prince though? More important role than Ven and the others, he is the chosen one after all. Can’t a friend gift  each other presents from time to time?

                              “Unless you prefer lunch? I can make something, hm?”

  Auron sighed at the young boy before him. All he    wanted to do for tonight is to stay home and read    a book Merlin recommended to him. He also heard    that at this time, this is where “celebrations” happen    when the children are sleeping in their beds. His eye    stared at Sora as he got the menu from the table.  

         ❝Do you mind telling me where are we? And            why there’s strangers drinking and eating food?❞

⊰ ----------- ⊱ Ventus stares down at his very festive, green Christmas sweater with the words "birthday boy" and a picture of a birthday hat wearing-Jesus behind said words. How Sora finds it unamusing is beyond him. It's hilarious and it doesn't matter if Ventus has been asleep for the past decade, this is still gold. Old but gold like they say. ❛ C'mon, Sora! This is like, the best thing ever; you can't tell me you don't find this at least a little bit funny? ❜ A grin spreads over his cheeky features as his sapphire eyes light up. ❛ I bet you're just jealous 'cause I've got the best sweater ever. But don't worry, I'm sure we can order you one too with what do you call those things... Internet? Wifi? Computer? ❜
