Arguably the harder Navi fights in BN3, I plan to do more Battle Network art, I love all the games and feel like they are underrepresented in the fandom.

So, there’s a segment early in Mega Man Battle Network 3 where Megaman’s connection to Lan through the PET is severed after a round of survival battles for the N1 Grand Prix prelims, and you have to high tail it back to where you jacked in to jack back out. What makes this part fun, IMO, is that you can still run into viruses... but because Lan can’t send Megaman battle chips, your only protection is your buster.

It’s not hard to run from the earlygame viruses! Oh no, those are the least of your worries. The thing is, if you battled Flashman Alpha in ACDC Area 3 before this point, Flashman Beta becomes a random encounter in ACDC Area 2. If your last jack-in point was somewhere connected to ACDC Area 2- where the buggy connection starts- you’d better hope and pray.

Because the programmers were merciless.

You can absolutely bump into Flashman Beta,

utterly defenseless,

and have Megaman demonstrate for you what it’s like to be a wet piñata on the receiving end of a metal baseball bat.
