I got that same Jojo post card what they for?

I wish I knew! I’d never seen it before at all but when I picked up a couple JoJoniums last month they slipped it in with them. They had a display set up especially for JoJonium at the Kinokuniya where I shop so I assume there was some special promotion? 

I’d really love to know more about where they came from if anyone else is savvy. The collector in me is extremely curious. :)
