Chloe quickly shoves her gift into Vivi's hands with a "Merry Christmas!" before high tailing it... to just around the corner, where she can peek and watch her open the gift. What has she gotten her? Why, it's a little kandi bracelet, obviously made by hand. In Vivi's colors - blues and a few vivid pinks - with ghost charms.

“Oh, Chloe what-” 

Too late for a quick greeting. Vivi looked from the box back to her nervous co-worker. She’s hardly ever this anxious in the store or talking with customers. Did she really think Vivi wouldn’t enjoy the gift? Well, Vivi wouldn’t drag her out unless she felt comfortable. Time for a present opening! 

The bracelet looked beautiful, and the matching colors with the ghosts were quite cute. There’s a small smile and a little laugh as Vivi took her time trying it on. Comfy fit! She looked towards the hidden cosplayer waving with the bracelet visible. 

“It’s really pretty! I love how you colored the little spooky boos!”

Chloe can be a bit annoying, nagging Vivi to go on investigations or do things with her, but I know deep down Vivi does care for Chloe’s well-being. They DEFINITELY have the older sibling/younger sibling vibes and BY JOE I WILL LOVE TO WRITE THAT!))

               Placing a couple ancient looking books on the paranormal and a single, large, astrology book on the checkout counter, Danny reached into his pocket for his wallet. He was sure he had more than enough cash for the books, he just didn’t want to accidentally use the money he got from babysitting in the ghost zone. 

There’s no way this cashier would accept ghost currency. 

“Hold on a sec... I’ve got it.” Danny flipped through the wallet, intent on filtering out the real money. Successful in his endeavors, he handed the bills over. Boy, he should really invest in a second wallet. Hopefully, the faint blue glow of the ghost money wasn’t too noticeable when he was going through his wallet. 

“This is enough right?” He knew it was, but he asked anyway, out of habit more than anything.
