Banica would have a Morpeko, a Pokémon that's always hungry much like Banica herself and becomes aggressive when its belly empty, besides I think Banica would like a cute cuddly creature, she probably found it in her second trip to Marlon since: Galar->England<-Marlon

Carlos would have a Fidought, it's on only a 'Carlos is a dog' joke but also Fidought had been helping humans in the Pokémon world to bake thanks to the yeast of its breath, Alcremie could also be an option since it also helps humans baking with its cream but I prefer Fidought since-> He got it from AB-CIR to look more like a real cook since bakers and cooks in the Pokémon would often have food related Pokémon, Fidought specially makes sense because it's a Paldean Pokémon: Paldea->Spain<-Beelzenia, unlike Alcremie that is Galarian.

Arte would have a female Tepig that would replace Murara, a female shiny Lechonk would also be good, but Tepig is a fine type that would help her with cooking. I think Arte got Murara shortly after Banica made the contract so that's when she got her Tepig.

Pollo would have a Litten or Torracat, I don't really have much explanation, these are the redest cat Pokémon I could think of, Pombon could also be a choice, from the little information we have this puppy Pokémon is guileless and friendly, much like Pollo himself. Found it while travelling the world with Banica and Arte.

Lich would have a Corviknight, A black bird used to carry people across the Galar region, much like Lich carried Baum in 'The blind girl and the angel' he would have bit since he's a spirit as Rookidee, would evolve in Corvisquire for around the pride arc and finally Corviknight.

Eater would have a Snorlax, that's all, no more explanation, I can't find another Pokémon.

Seth would have a Sandaconda, a brown snake, he will have bit since Silicobra and it would evolve into Sandaconda.

I can't think much for a Pokémon Baum would have, maybe an Absol since she became bitter after having her family murdered for no real reason, much like Absol is constantly misunderstood as a Pokémon of disaster rather than a helper.
