1: slavic names are notoriously evil and exhausting to read in Chinese transliteration for example. Remember Ivan Fyodorvich Karamazov of Karamazov fame. His name is 伊万·费奥多罗维奇·卡拉马佐夫 can you imagine having to read all that again and again. Its the eqvi of like 13 whole words
