"Cafeteria". As we've said, most places in Baxter are named after a person or group, and this is no exception. The real name of “La Cafetería” is “Edificio, Damas de Baxter”, this building was inaugurated in 1992 and during all these years it has been one of the places where single students prefer to be. Is this because that is where they prepare? Delicious food? Perhaps that is the reason ... The building was named in honor of the "Damas de Baxter" which is an organization created by sisters of the Churches of Christ in the United States, with the purpose of helping Baxter both financially and spiritually.
