Sitting on the porch swing this afternoon, Dianna and I were reflecting on life. Talking to a neighbor across the yard, and he shared that this pandemic gives us all time to think. Then a little later gazing the first flowers of spring in the yard and remembering the beautiful ones back at Baxter, I recalled this ancient reality check, “All people are like grass, and all their glory is like the flowers of the field; the grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of the Lord endures forever.” 1 Peter 1:24-25 #baxterinsiration #baxtercampus #baxterflora (at Hendersonville, North Carolina) https://www.instagram.com/p/B_Q9h1AJ0F5/?igshid=1eg84nsmm458k
