The Third Round Ana from the Dominican Republic shared that she first met Osvaldo on Facebook in 2011 and they married in 2013. Gabriela met Gustavo catching a ride in his moto taxi as a 15 year old. Gustavo noted that his family had to move every few months to avoid the military and their forced conscription of family members into the Sandinista forces to fight the Contras. He remarked that every time they moved to a new community, they immediately started a new congregation. We prayed for their precious five children who have just left behind friends and moved to Baxter. Happy, fun-loving, energetic Lucas. Three months ago he fell off the top bar of the kids’ swings set and suffered multiple breaks in his right arm. Lupe Mayo rushed him and his parents, Mayra and Carlos Villar, to a couple of hospitals before finding one that would do the necessary surgery. Mayra indicated yesterday that he has improved significantly; he continues with daily physical therapy and monthly doctor checkups. Thanks to your monthly donations we were able to provide this precious young man with good medical treatment.
