What does a board member look like? Robert gives a perfect look into the life of one committed to God and to His mission through Baxter. In the 80s Robert and Netta began what has been a long and meaningful relationship with the Honduran people, the church in Honduras. Since becoming a board member at Baxter he is untiring in his work for this institution, and excitement to tell yet someone else about it. He has a favorite, her name is ... Evenlyn, the one- year-old daughter of Milena and Yariel Olivera. Sweets for the Sweet Ones. Our darling children bring joy and laughter to Baxter. Precious Souls - Special Moments. The clinic was buzzing with activity for the moms and their children in the nutrition program. Both the sewing and beautician classrooms have had their own renovation. It was complete with new mirrors, sinks, and styling chairs in the beautician classroom and with tables, shelving, and supplies in the sewing classroom. The moms in the sewing class were given their first peek at the treadle sewing machines that will be theirs once they complete their 12 months training. Board Threesome on Campus. Baxter is blessed with 20 men and women who serve as board members from seven States and Honduras. Their vision, direction and leadership is critical to the growth of this academic and medical institution. Today these three board members, Robert Scott, Noe Pérez, and Darryl Schlottman were on campus interacting with students and administration. Two days ago board member Dean Sutphin left for the States after spending 10 days here with a VCOM medical brigade.
