Was looking through the BLM mustang auctions and had to do a double take on this guy. I thought he was tobiano but the dark legs are throwing me off. Curious as to what you make of this

7 YEAR OLD PINTO GELDING HORSE (5709)

He's a bay overo - E/_ A/_ O/o. Like you said, a tobiano would have leg markings and he has none at all. Other overo signs are the rather horizontal white patches that don't cross the back and the blaze + blue eye.
