BB21 Cast Analysis - Nick Maccarone

Per👏🏻 son 👏🏻 al 👏🏻 i 👏🏻 ty! 👏🏻 I think part of it was nerves because he was going a mile a minute but he’s a character this one.

He’s also a SJW and is a fan of “checking” people which I’m sure is going to go over real well with the other HGs.

I 100% think he’s gonna clash with some people - off the top of my head - Bella and maybe Jack or Jackson.

He seems very well-intentioned, but I think he’s gonna put his foot in his mouth. Loved how he said he could talk to everyone even the “weird people.”

I spy with my little eye a possible showmance with him and Kemi or possibly Nicole.

I totally knew it! He lives with his mom. While I was reading his bio, I was like this dude lives with his mama - he talks about her too much- and he does!

I don’t know how I’m gonna feel about him. He seems to take himself very seriously which I often find annoying, but on the other hand he seems to come from a place of goodness. But on the other other hand he comes across as a bit naive and immature.

I think I’m going to have to edit some of my previous posts. I don’t think he’s gonna gel with the rest of the guys. He’s a little much.

Bella and Nick kept going on about how disgusting it is that Nicole said they were bullies and were so adamant that they weren’t bullies. Regardless of the fact that she didn’t say it, you don’t get to decide whether or not you’re bullying someone. You don’t get to decide whether or not you’ve hurt someone!! I’ll Say One Thing...

Even though Nick made me uncomfortable in his interview with Ika (he was so unnecessarily smarmy and rude towards her), I will say one thing on his behalf.

He mentioned that a lot of people are surprised he’s a therapist (intimating that they don’t think he would be good in that field). People can be totally different in their professional life than in their personal life. The fact that he’s a child therapist also makes sense. I bet he’s actually a pretty good one. Kids respond well to honesty and humor. Plus I’m certain he tones it down when he’s with the kiddos.

Ika Interview Impressions - Nick Maccarone

Said he’s gonna be starting problems....mmkay...

I see him falling HARD for one of the hot girls and being sad about it when she doesn’t return his feelings.

He’s so low-key in this interview. Someone give him a coffee.

He takes himself very seriously. And there’s nothing wrong with that. It’s just not my cup of tea.

If you can’t engage with Ika, then something’s wrong with you. Heck, she even brought Jackson out of his robotic shell for a few moments.

His vibe’s kind of aggressive. He’s making me kind of uneasy...

IDK or maybe it’s just because everyone else is so smiley it’s weird to see someone so serious...

He said he was more fun than intense. Dude, I don’t think you’re self-aware. You’re more intense than fun.

He’s into dating interracially so I could maybe see him with Kemi or Bella (if Bella doesn’t get annoyed by his seriousness).

Don’t stone me, but...he kind of gives me Paulie vibes (ducks behind a wall). Maybe it’s his Jersey-ness.

I think he’s gonna rub people the wrong way in the house unless he’s fortunate enough to get in with a tight alliance early on - I’m sure he’ll be out early.
