Hey May 👋🏽 Time to catch up! Picture of Hanna, Emily and Matilda is circulating. Definitely not a "proper" photo BUT we got one of Hanna today after 4+ years. IMO looks like it was taken from inside the paddock. The girls and Hanna have been at races before but never been photographed (or at leasts released) so I doubt it was from any paparazzi or media. I'm trying to find a source as to who took it (cause if it was a fan who shared to on social media, it would be obvious). So my guess is...

Like I was saying to @sennasational,(look at the tag “media law”) the laws in Monaco re: pictures and paparazzi are extremely strict. More-so when there is a lot of A list celebrities swarming the Principality for a weekend of fun without having to photographed every minute.

All pictures of celebrities that have come out of Monaco? They all had permission to be published (fun fact!). Sometimes famous people will call foul play on pictures like that, to create drama and interest in the celebrity, particularly if they have some new project coming out (example: for a musician it could be a new album, for an actor a new movie). The Kardashians are very famous for this.

Re: Seb. If it’s a fan photo, it’s weird that it popped up on an unofficial account but not on the account of the person who took the pic? (does it make sense? lmao). I just saw the picture, so I am not sure if it was a pro, a fan, someone who took a random shot because Sebastian was there etc. You can’t see the full picture, you can see the bodyguard with his hands in the front but partially. Was it to stop people from taking pictures? Was it to get people to move away so Hanna and the kids could get to somewhere through the crowd? (ex. a car) Where the people there for Hanna or for Seb who was in the background (in very recognizable Ferrari gear).

It would be extremely easy for Ferrari’s PR team (I assume Seb would ask them to handle it) to have the picture taken down. They could also easily prosecute the person for taking the picture and publicizing the picture of a minor without consent. I’d assume they would do so, if the photographer was a pro that violated Seb’s wishes of privacy, and they would use him as an “example” kinda like: “here’s what will happen if you guys don’t listen to me”.

I could go on, and on, and on… The world of media-law is quite interesting, particularly now that we live in a digital age.
