OH MY GOD EXACTLY. Theres this picture called "white male oppressed alert" and its supposed to be used sarcastically. But sometimes what they're saying is actually really hurtful. The only way that you're supposed to make this work is if everyone is equal. So nobody gets...

a lot of the things are really hurtful.

the ones where white girls only accept gay men because they want a 'gay best friend' like in the movies? i know several white girls who have gay friends and are in fact nothing like that.

how all white people are racist. (which, by the definition of racist, is a racist comment as itself)

how white people are always the ones to be in style and popular and rich and look down on others? how does that make those who are poorer feel?

how cis people have no right to support trans people or comment on it because they just don't understand. i mean, i know they don't, but that doesn't mean you can't have support from someone cis i mean.

how there are large groups who are trying to shove white people back like it had been for black people in the 60s/70s? how they will look down on a white person and say they cannot do ______ because they're white.

i mean, i get it's not fair how racism and homo'phobia' (not technically a phobia in my opinion) is. but, if you want equality, you don't get it by being unequal and trying to make yourself on top of others.

but, then again i'm a hetero/white/cis female so i probably shouldn't talk on the subject
